Rezidence Stříbrná zahrada development project approved

The project for construction of an apartment block on Formanská Street in Prague has reached its final stage. Approval was obtained at the beginning of May, and the finishing works are now underway. The housing units will then be handed over to the new owners.

In the new building of a three-storey apartment block 28 housing units were created with a layout of 1kk, 2kk and 3kk. As of today, only one apartment remains for sale in the project, the others have already got their new owners.

We greatly appreciate the positive reactions to the overall design of the project and the quality of the construction.
