Company Roneli will participate in a completed development project, which includes building of 3 new luxury loft apartments In Prague district Královské Vinihrady, street Wenzigova. Together with the owner of a remarkable historical house, dating back to 1910, we agreed on a shared implementation of the project. We will cooperate with the newly established project company Apartments Wenzigova Ltd., where Roneli has a 50% share. In addition to financial participation in the project we will take care of engineering, architectural and design work and subsequent construction. Construction work will begin in January 2016.
