Construction of new apartment building has started

Our company has started construction of new residential project in Prague 6 – Břevnov. On the property there is existing building that was used as a hotel until recently. By its reconstruction and extension new apartment building with 9 luxurious apartments and 9 garages will be built. Company Apartments Vodňanského s.r.o. is investor of this project and RONELI SE has 50% share in this company. All works are planned to be finished by June next year.
