Completion of the building shell of the Apartments Vodňanského

Our company has completed the building shell of the Apartments Vodňanského project in Břevnov. Nine premium apartments, with eight garage parking spaces, are being created as part of the project.

Almost half of the apartments are now booked, and some of them are being tailored to the clients’ individual requirements. The construction is being carried out in accordance with the schedule, with the final occupancy approval expected this autumn.

On Sunday, May 13, 2018, an open day will be held from 1 pm to 7 pm, to give potential clients the opportunity to get to know the project. RONELI SE is a 50% investor in this project.
